mystery shopper
mummy was invited to Swiss hotel to be their mystery guest. part of the programme to maintain their service level. overall quite satisfactory except that they dun extend their service to me.. and of course mummy make sure that she feedback to the management. after our meal, we went up to 72th floor.. cool!! check out my happy pics
